Paul & Linda Winans. Both have a background in sales, marketing and management. Both enjoy grand children, music, camping and popcorn.
Paul & Linda bought their first La Crosse duplex in 2005. Since then they joined with some trusted partners to share ownership of about 300 apartments in La Crosse and a few more in the Madison area.
We always try to keep our apartments nice and safe. Like we would feel comfortable if our daughter lived there. Linda now handles the business side of things, and Paul helps with maintenance.
